At Métier US, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our luxury collections. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer complimentary returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included and intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
